The capital of Cuba captivates at every step with the beauty of its architecture, the joy of its inhabitants and the music that surprises the visitor around every corner. The singer Eme Alfonso accompanies us on a walk through the streets of the city. While we listen to the songs on his album “Voy”, we admire the dome of the Capitol, we stop at the squares of Old Havana and try the local cuisine in the most famous restaurant on the island: La Bodeguita del Medio. After touring the Malecon, we visit the neighborhoods of El Vedado and Miramar. In addition, we discovered Havana through the portrait of the Cuban writer and Cervantes Prize 1977 Alejo Carpentier.

These days the Cuban singer Eme Alfonso presents her original and powerful third album in Spain: “Voy”. The German group Bacoa Rhtyhm & Steel Band publishes an original album based on the mysterious original metal drums of Trinidad and Tobago, entitled “The serpent’s mouth”. And we will round off our program with an amazing album that mixes Cuba and Nigeria, afrobeat and son, entitled “Cubafrobeat” of the London group Lokkhi Terra with the stellar participation of Dele Sosimi, former keyboard player of Fela Kuti.
